Yajuan Si is an Affiliate of the UW Survey Center, who holds faculty appointments in Biostatistics & Medical Informatics and Population Health Sciences. She consults with Center staff and clients about sampling design and adjustment for nonresponse or selection bias, for example, imputation and weighting. Dr. Si’s research lies in cutting-edge methodology development on Bayesian statistics, complex survey inference, missing data imputation, causal inference and data confidentiality, with collaborative applications on epidemiology and health services research. Yajuan obtained a PhD degree in statistics in the Department of Statistical Science at Duke University in 2012. She then became a postdoctoral research scholar on statistics at Columbia University.
