DESCRIPTION

The College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) Advising Surveys of students and advisors were conducted to collect information about students and advisors’ overall experiences and satisfaction with advising at CALS. All undergraduate students, faculty, and staff in CALS were contacted by e-mail and asked to complete a web-based survey. 807 out of 2101 students completed the survey, resulting in a 38.4% response rate for the student survey. 172 out of 335 faculty and staff members took the survey which resulted in a 51.3% response rate for the advisor survey. Data collected will be used by CALS to improve the advising experience for both students and advisors.
