DESCRIPTION
Telephone interviews were be conducted with 625 undergraduate seniors at the UW-Madison. This survey is a replication of the 1998 Senior Survey for the Verbal Assessment Project. This survey was funded by the UW Verbal Assessment Committee to evaluate students’ attitudes and beliefs relevant to public speaking, writing and library use. The data will be compared to those collected in 1998 to assess the overall impact of the general education communication program on students’ educational experiences and may help to improve future communication courses within the general education program.
