DESCRIPTION
This survey was designed to assess Wisconsin consumers of alcohol and drug abuse treatments evaluations of the services they have received and to develop a consumer-oriented measure that can be used in the evaluation of services to public sector clients. Interviews were conducted in person using computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) technology by the Women and Mental Health Study Site of Dane County. The UWSC assisted in instrument development and programming for this project and conducted a CAPI pretest of 19 consumers. The UWSC will provided consulting services to the Women and Mental Health Study Site during data collection and cleaned and delivered the final data set.
