DESCRIPTION

Researchers both at the University of Wisconsin and at the University of California completed this study. The purpose was to investigate the changing labor market institutions, and their impact on the lives of workers. This was accomplished by performing phone interviews with 1348 workers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the Silicon Valley area of California. Phone interviews were conducted in both English and Spanish.
