“The Barriers to Employment at Wisconsin Businesses” is a phone survey of 500 Wisconsin businesses, with questions regarding the hiring practices. The purpose of this study is to gather data about the skills and background generally desired by employers in order to determine the barriers to employment that need to be overcome for individuals seeking work in the state of Wisconsin.
