Undergraduate Student Satisfaction Survey

CLIENT

University of Wisconsin – Madison

DESCRIPTION

This was the 7th annual Undergraduate Student Satisfaction Survey. As in previous years, the project was funded by the UW-Madison through a grant from the Hilldale Fund. CATI interviews were completed with 1108 randomly selected University of Wisconsin-Madison undergraduates in March and April, 2000. The purpose of the study was to learn how the quality of undergraduate education can be improved. Special topics in this year’s survey included: issues of social integration; pedagogical issues out-of-classroom learning and activities; and perceptions of advisors’ roles.
