DESCRIPTION
This was an evaluation of Wisconsin’s welfare reform system, Wisconsin Works, which has replaced the state’s welfare program. Funded by the state of Wisconsin and the federal government, this project seeks to evaluate the impact of some of the significant changes in this service delivery system. The project consisted of three phases: cognitive interviews (completed in 1998), a mixed-mode (CATI/CAPI) survey of 4,000 participants (1999), and re-interviews in the year 2000 (CATI/CAPI).
